As a single woman the men were professional, hard working, respectful and very kind to me when due to unforeseen circumstances they ended up working late. They arrived exactly on time and just got to work. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a stress free removal firm then look no further. We highly recommend Mimik Removals! They helped us move from a flat to a house about a month ago and it went very smoothly. 1. Very friendly and responsive communications from quotation all the way to invoicing. Always responded within 24 hours, often much faster. Their working hours going up to 8pm was super helpful if you work 9-5. 2. The charging structure was flexible. We were given the choice of a fixed price quote and an hourly price quote alongside an estimate of how many hours it would take. Plus options to add packing services. We went with the hourly quote, and the time estimate they quoted was very accurate (we had about 15 min to spare at the end). 3. Everyone came across as professional, polite, and trustworthy. They were very careful with our belongings and nothing was damaged during the move. They helped us pack a number of awkward things (e.g., lights) on the moving day. They brought a protector for the mattress to keep it from dust/water. 4. They dismantled our furniture and put them back at the other end perfectly. They even went the extra mile and helped us swap the orientation of an L shaped ikea friheten sofa. They brought their own tools, but if your furniture requires unusual tools it would be useful to prepare them beforehand, together with the assembly instructions. 5. They have an online system for quotation/order/invoicing. When it worked it was amazing, but it can be a bit temperamental. We had issues with not receiving quotation emails, and the final payment not going though. Nothing that can't be resolved by a quick call/message/email to the business though. We'd happily use their services again!
